When Demi booked her senior session, she knew she wanted photos that showed off all the different sides of her personality and style. From casual to a little more dressy with her maxi and jumpsuits, we made sure her session was full of variety—giving her a collection of images that truly captured who she is at this milestone in her life.

One of the most common questions I get is: How many outfits can I include in my session? For girls, I recommend bringing 4 to 5 outfits. Why 5? Sometimes what you envisioned for one look doesn’t quite come together as planned, and having an extra option ensures we have 4 solid outfits to work with.

Demi brought five fantastic outfit choices, and they gave us so much to work with! Each look offered something unique!

By including a mix of styles and vibes, we were able to create a gallery of images that captured Demi’s versatility. From playful studio shots with her golf gear to glowing golden-hour portraits in her dress, the session gave her a little bit of everything.

For any seniors wondering about how to include variety in their photos, here are a few tips:

  • Think about contrast: Bring outfits that feel different from one another. For example, if one look is casual, try a dressier one next!

  • Layer it up: Adding layers like jackets, scarves, or accessories can quickly change the feel of an outfit without requiring a full wardrobe swap.

  • Embrace your interests: Incorporating hobbies, sports, or props (like Demi’s golf gear) can add personality and make your session even more unique.

And for senior guys, I recommend bringing 3 to 4 looks. This can be as simple as a few shirt changes with one or two pairs of pants. Small swaps can make a big difference in the final images, giving you variety without overcomplicating things.
